Performance Attire

Concert Band Attire:

Option 1: Student provided: Black LONG (ankle-length) dress and black dress shoes.
Option 2: Student-provided: Long-sleeve button-down collared BLACK shirt, BLACK dress pants, Black dress shoes, long BLACK socks.

DO NOT WEAR:
Polo Shirts, t-shirts, hoodies/sweatshirts, jeans, sweatpants, leggings, gym shoes/sneakers, sandals/flipflops/slides, short skirts/dresses. AND anything NOT black.

Please remember this is a band concert and not a fashion show. Please dress appropriately.

Symphonic Band/Wind Ensemble/
Percussion Ensemble Attire:

Option 1: School-provided: long dress.
- Student provided: Black dress shoes.
Option 2: School-provided: tuxedo jacket, tuxedo pants, bowtie.
- Student-provided: Long-sleeve button-down collared BLACK shirt, Black dress shoes, long BLACK socks.
  - If you own your own solid black suit or tuxedo jacket, black dress pants, and/or bowtie, you are encouraged to use that.

Marching Band Attire:
ALL: Main Traditional Uniform (full dress): Under-Uniform t-shirt underneath, band athletic shorts underneath, LONG BLACK socks, marching shoes (clean), uniform properly put on, pants 3.5 inches off the ground, plumes straight, shako tipped forward (not leaning back). No sunglasses.
ALL: Main Show Uniform (full dress): Tank top (white, grey, or black) underneath, band athletic shorts underneath, LONG BLACK socks, marching shoes (clean), uniform properly put on, pants 3.5 inches off the ground. No sunglasses.
Secondary Uniform: Band Purple Polo Shirt. Khaki/Black Shorts. Gym Shoes. BMB Baseball Cap. No sunglasses.

DO NOT WEAR:
---sandals/flip-flops/crocks
---white socks or short socks
---jeans
---leggings or yoga pants (other than for cold-weather games under the full uniform)

Jazz Band (Jazz I, II, III, Combo) Attire:

Formal dress attire top...such as button-down long-sleeve collared shirt, suit-coat, blouse, long formal dress, etc.
Tie or bowtie
Sport/Suit Coat
Dress pants
Belt (if needed)
Long dress socks (if needed)
Dress shoes (or black marching shoes)

Basketball Band Attire:
Purple Band Polo Shirt, jeans, gyms shoes or other shoes.

Failure to wear the appropriate clothing may result in the student being unable to perform in the concert/performance for ALL bands. School policy on dress code also applies.
